New British Designers

An exhibition with works by Loop.ph, WOKmedia and Julia Lohman.

The official opening was preceded by an Open Talk with the designers of the three design studios featuring in the exhibition.
 

Droog director Gijs Bakker operated as a moderator and brought up questions such as ‘What is the intention of the designers?’ ‘What do they have in common?’ and ‘How do you consider yourself as a designer in practice: more focusing on concepts, on production or on industry?’ Emily Campbell, Head of Design of the British Council in London gave a brief introduction to British design history and current developments.

The exhibition is supported by the British Council, Starbikes, Mini Mac and Droog.
