Second-hand by Maarten Baas & Franck Bragigand

Droog invited Maarten Baas to create a special edition of his project ‘Hey chair be a bookshelf’, making use of contemporary discarded products like a skateboard, laptop and push-carts: the antique of the future.

Artist Franck Bragigand was invited to take care of a subtle layer of colours, of course in close collaboration with Baas. Since Bragigand’s regular is best described as painting mass products and the waste of society this was a perfect match.
